Three ways to use immersive training

Each service answers a specific operational need.

VR training for logistics

Immersive modules for induction, safety at the workstation and multi-site standardisation across warehouse environments.

360° safety video

Immersive awareness of workplace risks: pedestrian–forklift co-activity, PPE, critical procedures, post-incident debriefs.

Temp worker onboarding

An immersive induction that replaces the welcome booklet — same message, same quality, for every new starter on every site.

Why 360° video and VR

Teach through experience, not through slides.

Far better retention
Living a situation in 360° anchors learning in a way no slide ever will.

Consistent training
The exact same content, delivered the exact same way, to every new starter on every site.

Time back for your teams
Fewer repetitive questions for trainers and managers from day one.

Risk-free simulation
Expose learners to dangerous situations before they ever happen for real.

Proven in the field

Deployed with a UK logistics operation

Our reference deployment covers immersive induction modules for a major logistics provider, in the UK and in France.

−50% classroom sessions
The basics of onboarding are handled by the modules, freeing trainers to focus on field expertise and individual coaching.

Motion sickness cut from 30% to 12%
Content designed to avoid provocative camera movement makes large-scale headset deployment genuinely realistic.

Fewer repetitive questions
Site managers report a clear drop in basic questions during new starters' first days.

"Before we'd even finished explaining the context, Immersyte already had the pain points figured out. Our teams picked it up straight away — no hand-holding needed, no IT headaches. Any logistics or warehouse operation still relying on induction slides should seriously look at what these guys offer."

Frequently asked questions

Budget, lead times, deployment

The questions that come up most often before a first call.

What budget should we expect?

Our projects typically start between €3,000 and €4,000 (approx. £2,600–£3,500) for a short module — one workstation, one scenario, one zone. A complete multi-scenario onboarding or safety awareness project ranges from €6,000 to €15,000 depending on site complexity, the number of sequences and the level of interactivity. These figures include on-site filming, editing, instructional design and delivery in a deployable format. Later updates are billed separately, at rates lower than a full production.

What are the typical lead times?

Between 3 and 4 weeks for a standard module, from quote approval to delivery. More complex projects — several scenarios, several sites, several languages — take 6 to 10 weeks. We don't do rush jobs under a week: properly designed immersive content needs a minimum of preparation to avoid disappointing.

Do you work with UK-based sites?

Yes. We operate across the United Kingdom, France and the rest of Europe. Our reference deployment includes a UK logistics site. For projects outside France, the logistics of travel (one to two days on site) are assessed during scoping and included in the initial quote.

Is it suitable for multilingual teams?

Yes. We can produce multilingual video content so the same message reaches English-speaking and non-English-speaking teams, in the language that fits your workforce.

Do we need VR headsets on site?

No. We can also deliver content for desktop, tablet or smartphone when the context requires it. But VR headsets remain our preferred format — Immersyte was created precisely to go beyond flat, unengaging training formats.
